The UPI Product team ensures to deliver an outstanding user experience to the Paytm Customers by understanding the user, discerning their use patterns, and designing an app that meets the user's needs.

The UPI team owns various products including: P2M, P2P, Passbook, Payment Success Rate, Customer Support Tech, Onboarding, Credit & Switch.

About the role:

·         Own the Paytm UPI platform, including the UPI Switch, which processes over 1 in 3 UPI transactions

·         Be responsible for working with various stakeholders from consumer, merchant and alliances teams to satisfy their requirements.

·         Work closely with engineering to stay on top of ecosystem metrics like TD and downtime.

·         Stay abreast of ecosystem developments and work with regulatory bodies to influence and co-create the future of digital payments

Expectations:

·         A passionate Product Manager with 12+ years of experience with at least 8 years of relevant experience in Product Management

·         Extensive experience in running a fintech platform

·         Technically minded with a history of technologically complex work, and the ability to dive deep into problem with engineers

·         Someone with an entrepreneurial mind-set who enjoys taking end-to-end ownership of the product and work across stakeholders to achieve the desired objectives for the product

·         Ability to manage a large team. Strong analytical skills, ability to define KPIs, KPI dashboards and success metrics.

Superpowers that will help you succeed in this role:

·         B.Tech/B.E in computer science or equivalent experience from top college

·         Experience in consumer product in medium to large internet companies

·         Excellent problem solving skills

·         Product Sense

·         High Agency

·         Good design understanding (Nice-to-have)

·         Varied life experience and interests

·         Being a leader and an inspiration to your entire team

·         Ability to take internal and external stakeholders along
