About the team:
Paytm offers online mobile games through the entity Paytm First Games Private Limited. This online gaming platform offers Real Money Skill based Games. Fantasy and Rummy are the largest Real money Skill based Games in India with a combined Market size of $1.4 Bn in revenues which is expected to grow at 40% CAGR annually. First Games offers games in both the Fantasy and Rummy space in addition to other card games (like Poker, Call break) and Ludo. First Game’s Rummy is a live multiplayer card-based game and has already broken into the Top 5 Rummy platforms in India. First Games has a current registered base of 25 Million users.
About the role:
Paytm is looking for a growth manager for accelerating the core growth metrics and user numbers. If you are passionate about mobile and web apps with a penchant towards marketing campaigns, love extreme attention to content & design detail and care about how your work impacts millions of users daily, we want you!
You will be responsible for revenue / retention business goals for specific user segments and devising / executing growth campaigns on the app to achieve these goals.
Expectations:
End-to-end customer life-cycle management.
Monitor funnel metrics (CTR, Reach & Conversion rate) and implement growth hacks through optimizing user experience, content, messaging and communication optimization to reduce leakages in the funnel.
Work closely with the Product Management, Central CLM, Tech, Marketing, Design, Content, PR & ATL teams.
Ensure optimum utilization of growth tools and adoption of best practices.
Execute data based experiments on driving growth.
Manage profit & loss at CASHBACK level.
Be a brand ambassador for Paytm – Stay Hungry, Stay Humble, Stay Relevant!
Superpowers that will help you succeed in this role:
Graduate/ Post – Graduate with 4 – 6 Years of overall experience and 3+ years of experience in growth management.
Prior experience in Real Money Gaming / Consumer Internet Space.
Knowledge of Growth metrics and strong background in using data analytics tools including SQL, Big Query and any data visualization tools.
