  • Job Description:
  • Hours are 9:30 AM – 12:00 AM 7 days a week
  • No of Week Off (Fixed or Rotational) N/A the agents received a Fix shift based on Bid
  • Shift Timings (Fixed or Rotational) - Fixed based on Shift bid Earliest start time is 9:30 AM, latest work time is 12:00 AM. This is subject to change at the client request.
  • Any other mandate (As per business)
  • WFO / WFH / Hybrid – WFH & WFO

 

We are looking for fulltime associates to support our client.

  • Customer service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work with multiple computer programs operating simultaneously, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Able to type a minimum of 30 words per minute.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Take Inbound Calls
  • Answer incoming calls from customers who need assistance placing orders who are seeking information or who have service related inquiries.
  • Utilize appropriate sales techniques to build good customer relationships and enhance the buying experience for the customer.
  • Provide assistance when clients are ordering furniture or appliances.
  • Set appropriate expectations for the customer and exceed customer commitments.
  • Follow-up on issues for customers until resolution is reached
