PayFit digitizes and simplifies payroll management and HR processes for companies. Fast, intuitive, and automated, the software-as-a-service solution allows employers to easily manage payroll on its own without any specific knowledge in payroll and save valuable time and money. Employees have access to a dedicated online space for payslips, leave requests, expense report entry, and HR data.

Our mission is to support the digital transformation of business’s human resources through a reliable SaaS solution providing a unique experience to its users. We raised €90 Million in total, and we are expending beyond France into Spain, Germany, UK, and Italy. A brief overview of the JetLang Platform Tribe

The JetLang is a language designed by Payfit and which has sustained Payfit’s growth. This is an abstraction layer designed and maintained by the JetLang Platform Tribe, as some people (known as Product Builders) are modelizing/scripting collective labuor agreements. The JetLang holds an engine being able to compute rules/conditions and whose main feature is to run payroll.Within this tribe, you will work in the JetLang Engine squad who is responsible for designing and implementing this language, its runtime, and toolchains. 

You missions ⭐

• You will be in charge of propelling JetLang language toolchains to the next level. • Envision, design, and implement language features, libraries, and tools to solve specific problems with broad impacts, such as improving Product Builder experience, enforcing code reliability, and enabling performance optimizations; • Design and implement powerful algorithms to sustain our scalability; • Code using primarily Javascript, Typescript, OCaml; • Conduct unit, multi-unit, and product testing as needed to evaluate system correctness; • Conduct design and code reviews; • Analyze and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of JetLang and tools; • Interface with other teams to incorporate our innovations and vice versa;
