Role Overview
We're looking for a senior Content Operations contractor to scale our machine-readable AI translation system across 5+ global markets. You'll build systems, governance, and training to make 12 distributed teams work consistently.
What You Will Do
You will be responsible for scaling the localization framework, running governance and quality control, and stakeholder management & internal capacity building.

Requirements
- 6+ years leading Content Operations, Localization Management, or Information Architecture projects at scale
- Experience managing localization across 5+ languages or markets at the same time
- Hands-on experience building or working with structured terminology databases, taxonomies, glossaries, or knowledge graphs (ontology) for machine consumption
- Proven ability to govern cross-functional teams
- Strong facilitation and documentation skills
- Fluent professional English
