Mandarin - International Telephonic/Video Remote Interpreters
- Provide effective audio and video remote interpreting
- Answer inbound calls in a timely manner
- Perform basic troubleshooting for technical issues
- Provide superior customer service
- Adhere to Code of Professional Conduct, including maintaining strict standards of confidentiality
- Adhere to all policies and procedures, including professional interpretation protocols and industry specific best practices
- Complete assigned training(s) and participate in ongoing Quality Assurance monitoring
- International opportunity
- Full fluency in both English and Mandarin
- Technology proficient (including but limited to: web based platforms, email, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel)
- Preferred - professional interpreting experience
- Preferred - industry specific certifications/trainings (CMI, CCHI, etc.)
- Preferred - proof of 40+ hour medical interpreting training (ex: Bridging The Gap, Cross-Cultural, etc.)
