About the Role:
We're looking for a Marketing Designer to support our internal marketing team on a freelance, part-time basis. This is an ongoing engagement with a flexible schedule of up to 15 hours per week, fully remote.
You'll be our go-to creative for a wide range of marketing visuals - from digital banners and email graphics to landing pages and presentations. If you have a strong eye for design, love working in Figma, and thrive in a fast-moving marketing environment, we'd love to collaborate.
What You'll Do:
Design banners and creatives for digital advertising, social media, and email campaigns.
Create visually compelling landing pages that support marketing initiatives.
Develop pitch decks and presentations for internal and external use.
Produce a variety of marketing collateral based on the team's current needs.
Maintain visual consistency across all materials in line with brand guidelines.
Work closely with the marketing team in Figma, delivering polished, ready-to-use assets.
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in marketing design - banners, landing pages, presentations, or similar formats.
Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across different marketing materials.
Proficiency in Figma - all design work is done in Figma.
Solid understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Clear and responsive communication with the team.
English - sufficient for written collaboration.
Nice to Have:
Experience working with B2B tech or software companies.
Motion graphics or basic animation skills.
Background in brand identity or visual system design.
