The Vice President, Payer Contracting leads the strategy, negotiation, and execution of Aledade's Commercial value-based care contracts with national and regional health plans and other purchasers serving commercially insured members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 15+ years progressive experience with health plans or payer contracting within value-based care, plus 7+ years experience managing and leading teams
- Deep knowledge of Commercially insured populations
- Results-oriented with the ability to exercise influence to achieve goals
- Proven track record of creating, maintaining, and enhancing relationships and communicating effectively with senior management
- Expert at business development at local and national level
- Passionate about driving the shift from fee-for-service to value based care
