We’re a small but ambitious team, and we’re looking for a Growth Marketer/Brand Strategist to accelerate our growth and establish Tivro Africa as the go-to technology platform for verified rental solutions.

Role Overview

As the Growth Marketer/Brand Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving Tivro Africa’s expansion and establishing its presence as a leading technology brand in the African property market. You’ll leverage your expertise to craft and execute growth strategies that highlight our technological solutions, attract users, and position Tivro Africa as an innovative, trusted platform in the rental ecosystem.

You’ll work closely with the founders, social media team, and product operations to align marketing efforts with our technological advancements and business goals.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in growth marketing, brand strategy, or a related role, preferably with technology-driven products or platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing platforms).
  • Familiarity with African markets, particularly in the property/rental or technology sectors, is a major plus.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in using tools like Google Analytics to optimize marketing performance.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for technology and innovation.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate how technology enhances renting and property management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.

Requirements

  • Develop and execute growth marketing strategies that showcase Tivro Africa’s technology-driven solutions and drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Design and manage campaigns across multiple channels, including digital ads, SEO, content marketing, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the social media team to create compelling narratives that emphasise Tivro Africa’s innovative use of technology.
  • Analyse marketing performance metrics to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and maximize ROI using data-driven insights.
  • Build partnerships with tech-focused organizations, influencers, and communities to expand brand reach.
  • Lead efforts to position Tivro Africa as a trusted, tech-enabled brand in the African rental and property market.
  • Conduct market research to understand user needs and identify opportunities for showcasing Tivro Africa’s technological edge.
  • Work closely with the founders to align marketing strategies with product features and technology roll-outs.
