The ideal candidate will have 4–6+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or digital advertising, with a proven track record of driving results through paid social creatives.
Requirements
- Lead creative strategy development for paid media campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
- Ideate high-performing ad concepts, hooks, angles, and scripts
- Translate performance data into actionable creative insights
- Build and manage structured creative testing frameworks
- Collaborate cross-functionally with media buyers, editors, and designers
- Analyze campaign performance and iterate on top-performing creatives
- Present strategies, results, and insights to internal teams or clients
- Stay ahead of trends in paid social, UGC, and digital content
