• Fluent communicator with clarity, professionalism, and confidence
• Process-driven and organized with attention to detail
• Independent operator with ownership of the talent acquisition function
• Coachable and growth-oriented with a willingness to improve systems and processes
• High standards with a focus on hiring A-players
