The Role:

We’re looking for a Platform Engineer II to join our growing Platform Engineering team. This is an amazing opportunity to contribute significantly to the future of Gametime’s automation and cloud infrastructure as we look to take the next step in building a more scalable and efficient platform, while helping enable our numerous teams of talented developers. What you'll do:
  • Add features to existing software, plan and design test cases
  • Contribute to shared continuous integration and continuous deployment configuration
  • Make improvements to Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Monitor and troubleshoot software and infrastructure in production
  • Participate in architecture reviews and discussions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Platform Engineering efforts with broader organizational goals
  • Manage a cloud infrastructure hosting our APIs (both external and internal facing) that support upwards of 800k RPM
  • Additional responsibilities depending on team and company needs


Experience you bring:
  • 3-5 years of Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or DevOps experience
  • Public cloud experience (specifically AWS)
  • Observability experience (Datadog, NewRelic, OpenTelemetry, etc)
  • Automation tools experience (Terraform, Ansible, etc)
  • Containerization experience (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, etc)

$185,973 - $210,000 a year
At Gametime pay ranges are subject to change and assigned to a job based on specific market median of similar jobs according to 3rd party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary for several reasons including skills/capabilities, experience, and available budget.
