Note: Temporal is written in Go (server) and Rust (core SDK), but language specific experience is not necessary to join.

What you bring to us Passion for technical recruiting. Strong business and technical acumen and the ability to sell a mission in a thoughtful, matter of fact and inspirational way. A track record of being a good collaborator and an understanding of what is takes to be an integral part of a team. A desire to learn and an insatiable curiosity along with strong attention to detail. Full life cycle Technical Recruiting experience in a start-up and/or applicable experience within a larger technical company. Understanding of process improvement and scale. Ability to analyze metrics and make necessary adjustments. Strong ability to do talent research, source target prospects and engage with them in a meaningful way. Strong closing skills. Ability to be strategic and tactical as needed.
