Taos, an IBM Company, is looking to hire an GCP Cloud Architect with focus on Anthos to join our fast-growing team.  This role is fully remote support a variety of different enterprise client.  Taos does offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits package!

We are seeking a proven and sophisticated technical lead/architect with strong experience leading platform as a service initiative. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant strategic impact on a fast-growing market leader on fit for purpose global datacenter platforms and connectivity solutions.  The GCP Cloud Architect will be the principal engineering resource for a highly visible critical projects for the organization and our top clients.  This is a technically hands-on role requiring strong cross-group collaboration. As an GCP Cloud Architect, this person be part of the Taos team and will be the resident and expert in Anthos GCP Cloud services working with other Taos architects that specialize in other clouds including AWS, Azure, and IBM.  This hands-on role is responsible for both design and implementation of IAAS and PAAS services in the for both internal Toas and our enterprise clients. This person will work with other teams within Taos to support our client’s infrastructure needs, help resolve issues and answer questions as a system matter expert.  Tasks range from helping to assisting in discovery, participating on sales calls, resolve internal and customer issues, and being an internal escalation point to designing new Cloud Modernization strategies and helping to implement those strategies.
