We're seeking a Manager to champion OpenTable’s growth initiatives! 60-70% of the role will be focused on upgrading and modernizing our sales team's workflow, infrastructure, and processes to support a premier sales organization. The remaining workload will be acting as a vital liaison between the RSS sales organization, C-Suite, and Business Development. You will be responsible for existing programs and craft strategies for new endeavors, frequently navigating without a predetermined roadmap. The ideal candidate will combine a strategic approach with outstanding project management abilities, thriving autonomously. With an entrepreneurial and growth-centric ethos, you should decipher ambiguous scenarios, and harness analytics and innovative insights to take on intricate challenges while balancing short and long-term objectives.

In this role, you will:

  • Innovate & Optimize: Without a set blueprint, you will test, refine, and adapt as needed, ensuring a path toward market fit.

  • Lead, Collaborate & Negotiate: Partner with C-level decision-makers as well as Product, Marketing, Finance, and other departments ensuring alignment and support.

  • Champion the Customer: Connect with customers, build unmatched experiences for both restaurants and diners, and share feedback from these interactions to influence decision-making.

  • Drive Comprehensive Initiatives: Lead the entire lifecycle of strategic projects, including crafting and implementing detailed plans, and ensuring successful onboarding.

  • Discover Opportunities and Validate Insights: Recognize patterns within data sets, test hypotheses, and performance measurement against established standards and benchmarks, as well as capitalize on emergent trends and insights.

  • Pricing & Launch: Set clear guidelines for pricing, contracting, and entitlements, and build a robust playbook for rolling out our digital ordering products.

  • Transition & Handoff: Ensure that once an initiative reaches maturity, it's efficiently transitioned to the relevant long-term team.

Up to 50% travel is encouraged depending on the local market.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. The range for this United States located role is $103,000-150,000. In addition to a competitive base salary, roles are eligible for additional compensation and benefits including: annual cash bonus and stock; health benefits; flexible spending account; retirement benefits; life insurance; paid time off (including PTO, paid sick leave, medical leave, bereavement leave, floating holidays and paid holidays); and parental leave and benefits.
