We are looking for a Sr. Fullstack Engineer to serve as a team lead for the Visits team. From the start of a virtual visit until the end of a call, this team is leveling up the experience for members and practitioners. You will be taking an active role in building our next-gen architecture from the ground up. It’s on this technical foundation that we will continue expanding our virtual services to empower patients and make healthcare seamless.

- You are eager to learn from feedback, and in turn give your peers feedback that helps the team grow together.
- Significant professional experience in building and maintaining consumer grade web applications with 6+ years experience.
- Solid understanding of full-stack web development, including modern frontend frameworks. React is a must.
- Strong programming skills, CS fundamentals, and a track record of implementing highly reliable software. A formal CS degree is not required.
- Proven track record of building complex, scalable and reliable services for and leadership experience.
- Analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Hands-on experience with backend development.
- Experience in our current technologies is a bonus: React, Go, Javascript, React, Rails, GraphQL, Docker, AWS
