About the Role -Audit and compliance Specialist


Key Responsibilities:


- Risk Assessment:

Evaluate potential risks and compliance issues in the organization's operations and financial

practices.

Develop risk assessment reports and present findings to senior management.


- Documentation and Reporting:

Prepare and maintain detailed audit and compliance reports, including audit findings and

recommendations.

Drive the internal and external audit end to end

Communicate findings to management and stakeholders and follow up on the implementation of

corrective actions.


- Compliance Monitoring:

Establish and maintain a compliance monitoring program to track adherence to policies and

regulations.

Implement monitoring tools and systems as needed.

Investigation and Resolution:

Investigate reported compliance concerns or violations.

Develop resolution plans and work with management to prevent recurrence.


- Compliance and Security Monitoring:

Establish and maintain a compliance and security monitoring program to track adherence to

policies, regulations, and security protocols.

Implement monitoring tools and systems as needed.


- Security Oversight:

Implement and manage security measures and practices to protect the organization's

information and data.

Monitor security systems and networks, and respond to security incidents as needed.

Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure the implementation of robust security protocols

and practices.


- Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance initiatives are integrated into

business processes.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in information security, computer science, or a related field. A master's

degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Information Systems Security Professional,

Certified Information Systems Auditor) is a plus.

Proven experience in compliance management, audit, and information security.

Strong understanding of industry regulations, compliance standards, and security best

practices.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and security skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented and able to work independently and in a team.

Proficiency in using security and compliance software tools.
