Uniphore, the global leader in Conversational Service Automation, is seeking an Account Manager to help build a client portfolio based on Territory assignment. This person will focus on selling into commercial accounts across the Mid-West.


This quota carrying sales role will be responsible for managing, and closing net new customer business within the assigned region. With a proven understanding of SaaS sales, this role will drive revenue within the Commercial or Mid-Market segments by selling the full Uniphore product portfolio. 


To excel in this role, you must have strong consultative sales, prospecting, and time management skills. You must be capable of thriving in a startup environment, selling emerging technologies, and earning trust with executive level customer personas. We are looking for driven and collaborative people with a customer-first mentality.


  • Develop portfolio of new clients based on Territory assignment 
  • Manage opportunities from Leads to Close 
  • High aptitude for learning AI technologies and value-based messaging  
  • Maintain forecast accuracy, prospecting cadences, and pipeline management 
  • Quarterback sales deals by effectively leading strategy and resource alignment  
  • Achieve quarterly Quota performances 
  • Develop and actively manage short- and long-term account plans 
  • Be the voice of the customer: Provide feedback to internal teams in a timely manner 
  • Collaborate with Customer Care Manager on upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time 

Experience / Qualifications
  • 5+ years of software sales experience 
  • Successful track record of overachieving quota performances 
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills  
  • Experience selling into Contact Centers a plus 
  • Comfortable selling into the C-suite  
  • Experience with MEDDICC  

$75,000 - $200,000 a year
Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated base salary hiring range for this position is:  
Non California: $75,000 Base - $100,000 Base + $75,000 - $100,000 target variable; $200,000 OTE
50 / 50 split

The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience.
