WHAT YOU WILL DO, AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Venture Capital Summer Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, possess a strong work ethic, and be excited about the prospect of working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

As a Venture Capital Summer Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the investment team in various tasks related to the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities. This will include:

• Conducting Research: Conducting research on various topics related to our investment focus and industry trends to support investment decision-making. This will include proposing, testing, and validating hypotheses using data-driven techniques. This will teach you fundamental concepts of our industry and prepare you for a lifelong career.
• Reviewing Investment Decks: Reviewing and analyzing investment decks and other materials provided by potential investment targets, under the guidance of your point of contact here at Delphi Ventures. This will teach you investment analysis and accelerate your building of investment frameworks.
• Participating in Video-Meetings: Sitting in on internal and external video-meetings across multiple time zones to gain exposure to different perspectives and investment opportunities. You will be expected to prepare, listen, learn, and grow from each meeting.
• Building Investment Frameworks: Building out investment frameworks to support investment decision-making and provide insights to the team. This is so you learn how to become a good investor.
