We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Process and Governance Assistant. As a Process and Governance Assistant, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing company processes and manuals, governance of company working structures, providing administrative assistance, and managing travel, growth weeks, and conference bookings. This is a critical role that requires strong analytical, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.


  • Govern company process manuals and central location of all manuals, ensuring they are up to date and reflect the current processes and practices of the company.

  • Initiate automations of processes based on manual assessments, identifying opportunities for automation and coordinating with relevant teams or departments.

  • Assess the implementation of company working structures across all departments, join calls to assess compliance, and discuss re-implementations if needed.

  • Manage the cost application platform, reviewing and approving/rejecting/correcting cost applications of employees in compliance with company policies.

  • Assist in governance of (cost-)control for bookings of conferences, exhibitions, growth weeks, and business travel, ensuring compliance with company policies.

  • Manage bookings for international travel, conferences, and reservations, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.


  • College degree, preferably in business administration, business management, finance, law/legal, or related fields.

  • Good communication skills to effectively communicate with teams, departments, and employees.

  • Strong analytical skills to assess and analyse company processes, working structures, and compliance.

  • Strong organisational skills to manage manuals, cost applications, bookings, and reservations with attention to detail.

  • Strong independent working ethic, capable of working autonomously and taking ownership of responsibilities.

  • Problem-solving skills to identify discrepancies, initiate process improvements, and resolve issues efficiently.
