Typescript + Electron Developer at Aux Music
Aux is an early-stage music tech startup which has built a collaboration tool that helps musicians work together remotely on their music projects. The company has also worked on classification and generative AI to help its musician users to connect and make more creative music.

Remote Team Since 2017:
Aux has been a remote-first company since its inception meaning the team often travels while working. Unlike many companies, they offer a home office budget, weekly remote socials and bi-annual team meet-ups around Europe to work together on big projects and get to know each other.
Collaborate with the founder and another developer to design and implement new features and enhancements to our collaboration tool
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using React, Typescript, and other relevant technologies
Optimize application performance and scalability
Debug issues and fix bugs reported by users
At least 5 years of experience in React development
Experience with Typescript, unit and E2E testing
Strong understanding of software development principles and design patterns
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Ability to work independently in a remote working environment
Experience with PyTorch or Tensorflow and interest in generative AI algorithms
Experience with Git, Node.js, Redux, and/or GraphQL technologies
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Salary and Equity:
Salary is £50-65K dependent on experience with equity available.
