HotPayment Operation Specialist at Bybit

Responsibilities

• Receiving requests from the sales team and process payments for affiliates and clients, including checks, wire transfers, etc.
• Reviewing applications for errors or inconsistencies in order to ensure that all required information is included
• Reviewing global, regional and individual campaigns run by affiliates and to kickstart budget application process
• Ensure timely processing of payments to affiliates and improve workflow between sales team and affiliates
• Analyze data and create sales reports based on the CRM system
• Design and improve cross department payment workflows

Requirements

• Experienced with Microsoft Excel and other equivalent applications
• English and Chinese (one fluent, one at least conversational)
• Project experience in financial services, fintech, or blockchain deals is preferred
• Project experience in affiliate marketing is preferred
• Experience or high interest in blockchain and cryptocurrency is an advantage
