What You’ll do

• Assist internal areas such as IT, Products, Risk, Accounting, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Sales;
• Develop analyze and monitor reports and presentation to Senior Management;
• Monitor and move balances from several accounts at banks, exchanges and OTCs;
• Monitor exposure to several assets and currencies;
• Support accounting processes and reconciliations of Parfin companies (Brazil and abroad);
• Analyze the different balance sheets;
• Enter billing and expense data into accounting systems;
• Reconcile bank accounts with accounting systems;
• Monitor treasury and finance KPIs;
• Monitor and negotiate costs from the exchanges and OTCs;
• Monitor account payables and receivables according to negotiated contracts;
• Enter expense payments across different banks;
• Execute proprietary FX when necessary;
• Control whether taxes are being charged correctly;
• Study and monitor different forms of tax structures for fiscal and operational efficiency;
• Support account openings with different banks, partners and liquidity providers;
• Assist in the maintenance of corporate documents and possible changes in local and offshore corporate structures;
• Help design operational flows for the administrative, accounting, financial and treasury areas;
• Assist Legal and senior management in funding, due diligence and investment operations;

Desired Qualifications & Profiles

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or related areas;
• Necessary knowledge of database, Excel, VBA, PowerBI and Office Package;
• Financial market experience (2 to 5 years), desirable in Finance/FP&A;
• Ability to concentrate and focus on deliveries;
• Ability to handle multitasking;
• Good communication;
• Fluent English.
