We are building a Cross-chain messaging and interoperability protocol for digital assets and identity. Our goal is to enable broader use cases across verticals (Data, Settlement, Transactions, Authenticity, NFT arbitraging/settlement, proofs, access, multichain interoperability )to solve liquidity problems, access, and compatibility.

We are an international team based in NYC, Berlin, and Kyiv, building together in the blockchain space since 2014. This role is entirely remote.

As the Head of Business Development - Web3, you will have the opportunity to grow our BD team from the ground up. You will be responsible for developing the partnerships that drive our transactional volume and growth over the coming years.


What you’ll be doing

  • Be the face of business development and partnerships at our protocol.

  • Define our protocol’s partnership strategy (define goals and implementation strategy).

  • Close Partnership deals to drive growth.

  • Drive the positioning of our protocol as the leading cross-chain messaging platform focused on digital assets.

  • Leverage existing contacts and build new ones to drive partnerships.

  • Lead the business development team and managing projects from start to finish.

  • Build your network at events, conferences, and meetings.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with ecosystem partners.

  • Salaries are determined by locale and experience they range from 60k  to 175k

What you’ll need

  • Experience in leading Business Development at a B2B technology company (Developer Centered SaaS or Open-Source preferred).

  • Experience in the blockchain industry (Defi), developer products, or b2b infrastructure.

  • Track record of managing and implementing business strategies at a successful crypto business development.

  • Can communicate in technical and non-technical ways with various audiences and stakeholders.

  • Experience developing and executing partnership and sales strategies.

  • Advanced understanding of blockchain technologies (Defi), the cryptocurrency market, exchanges, wallets, and how all the ecosystem partners work together.
