Your mission

We are looking for a Software Developer with proven protocol experience.
 
You will be joining a fast moving company, highly technical team that has deep knowledge of DeFi and all the cool things from the blockchain ecosystem. You will join a talented team working with cutting-edge technology. 

Your profile

Responsibilities
  • Write high quality and well-tested Rust code, following the latest design and development patterns. 
  • Assist with IBC bridging initiatives through high quality code.
  • Be part of our blockchain protocol development.
  • Research, design, scope and estimate what you need to do.
  • Constantly improve yourself by keeping up to date with the latest technologies trends.

Requirements
  • At least five years of professional backend and/or system engineering experience.
  • Previous blockchain protocol development experience
  • Hands-on Rust experience.
  • Ability to solve difficult engineering problems.
  • Independent and proactive working style.
  • Strong focus on code quality.
  • English professional working proficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills. 

Bonus Points
  • Higher education degree in in Computer Science, Mathematics and/or a related field of study.
  • Knowledgeable about DevOps & deployment tooling.
  • Open-source development experience.
  • Previous experience from working in a startup / scale-up context
  • Agile development experience.
