Sales Manager Crypto experienced at Lunar Strategy

Lunar Strategy is the leading marketing agency for Web3 & crypto companies, with 20 team members. We help leading Web3 organisations establish authority and build their communities.

We are now looking for a Web3 enthusiast person to become our “Sales manager”

Lunar Strategy is primarily remote culture with team members spread across the globe. However, the core team is primarily based in Lisbon, Portugal.

We're looking to reinforce our sales team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to talk with leading crypto & Web3 projects and develop marketing strategies to suit their needs and grow their communities.

Our sales is 80% inbound and 20% outbound. The daily tasks will be to talk with projects over “Discovery calls” and then create proposals based on the call and guide the client through the process of scaling their marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit proposals and marketing strategies
• Have video calls with clients and Alling with Lunar internal departments what we can deliver.
• Strategically advise clients on the marketing strategies.
• Create Loom videos of proposals and be proactive in client communication.
• Track & Manage Sales Funnel

Qualifications

• Web3 & crypto knowledgeable
• Prior experience in selling marketing & tech solutions.
• Native English speaker
• Understanding of social media and interacting with web3 communities
• Understanding of the cryptocurrencies and Web3 space
• A high degree of empathy
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and industry

Preferably you are based in London or Lisbon to open network opportunities as well as easy to travel to Lisbon.

Fixed monthly: 2,500 - 3,000 euro

• Commission/Bonus based on individual contracts signed as well quarterly bonus based on overall performance.
