  • You display a high degree of discipline in following and creating technical design processes
  • You're passionate about creating mechanics that layer together to create depth and complexity without overwhelming the player
  • You have an understanding of the value of using Jira (or another tracking methodology) to organize work and communicate priorities and design goals
  • You have the ability to prioritize & manage end-to-end design projects across the team, interfacing with different disciplines
  • You like to create guides, and other important documentation for more junior designers
  • You have strong knowledge of Unreal Engine Blueprint development and best practices
