Credit scoring should be trustless and globally accessible. At Spectral, we envision a future where credit scoring is a public good. We are building a decentralized, openly accessible risk infrastructure for various applications and protocols across the Defi and GameFi verticals to enable a slew of new use cases for programmable creditworthiness. Financial reputation primitives open up new categories of dApps: use cases being considered by developers include collective creditworthiness, DAO-based credit ratings, credit default swaps, credit delegation, permissionless tranched debt, and more.

As a community of developers, data scientists, and end users, we are working toward a more equitable, capital-efficient web3 ecosystem. Our products are inherently decentralized, and most of our code will be open-sourced. We follow a research-driven approach and are backed by some of the top investors in the industry, such as Galaxy Digital, General Catalyst, Social Capital, and others.

We’re looking for a self-starter to run social media for Spectral Finance. This role was made for you if you get excited about creating engaging content for social media, especially #cryptotwitter (for our 15,000+ followers)! Ideally, you’re clued into #Degen and #web3 culture, understand the sort of content and communities that are relevant to crypto and DeFi, and are up for the challenge of breaking through the noise of social media.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong understanding and passion for web3 and social media trends across Twitter, Linkedin, Reddit, and YouTube
  • Exceptional ability to produce creative content in various formats and in fluent English (text, image, video).

  • Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work strategically as a proactive self-starter with independent decision making and driving rapid work delivery
  • Familiarity and existing relationships with “crypto Twitter” influencers and thought leaders are a huge plus!

  • You’re naturally witty, quick, concise, and direct

What you will do:

  • Work closely with our Partnerships Lead and Visual Designer to grow Spectral Finance’s social media presence and strengthen our brand voice
  • Build and manage an engaging content calendar, and proactively optimize it according to engagement metrics and best practices
  • Conceptualize, produce, and distribute creative and viral content across social channels (especially Twitter, Linkedin, Reddit, and YouTube)
  • Actively manage Spectral’s social media accounts, ensuring brand consistency and prompt engagement in relevant conversations
  • Stay on top of relevant trends, prominent web3 cultural conversations, communities, and social media best practices
  • Keep a pulse on our brand awareness and audience sentiment
