As a member of this remote team, you will have the opportunity to work on mission-critical projects directly impacting the evolution of our business. You will be able to apply your programming skills towards building high throughput transactional services and highly performant web experiences. We always explore new technologies and engineer better solutions for demanding business needs.

What You’ll Do

• Designing, modifying, developing, writing, testing, and implementing software.
• Taking ownership and responsibility of the work at hand and shepherding code through to production.
• Collaborating with product leaders, business stakeholders, scrum masters, and other developers to deliver a quality product.
• Create applications that are highly-performant, web accessible and meet HIPAA and/or Medicare requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of software development experience
• Familiarity with Git & git workflows
• Strong semantic HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals
• ReactJS familiarity
• Experience working in a Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) environments
• Experience writing high-quality documentation

Nice to Haves

• NextJS or other React framework experience
• Tailwind CSS

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

• Starting Salary: $60,000 - $100,000
  *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
