ClarOps

• Coordinate the tech team activities in accordance with product and business requirements
• Manage technical aspects of software development flow
• Plan, design, lead and execute technical solutions and improvements
• Assure code quality and processes
• Control technical debt
• Facilitate coordination and communication with other teams and departments
• Collaborate with their team to identify and fix technical problems

• 5+ years of experience with complex, high-performance enterprise software using modern web technologies
• Deep knowledge of Java 
• Working with databases (relational, NoSQL) in high-performance scenarios
• AWS or other cloud provider experience
• Skills for upholding best practices in engineering, security, and design
• At least 3 years of proven experience leading high-performance technical teams
• Participation in agile development teams (SCRUM, Kanban)
• Have experience using large-scale, high-concurrency message processing technologies
• Microservices design, creation, and consumption
