Our mission at Curai is to make high quality healthcare accessible to all. We are fulfilling this audacious mission by building a virtual-first primary care product powered by AI. Blending high-touch clinical care with artificial intelligence and robust clinical data sources, we are building a scalable primary care model that gives patients quality care anytime anywhere from their mobile phones at a very affordable price. 

Curai is a startup with a small, but world-class team from places like Google, Quora, Netflix, Frog Design, and IDEO. We also have research partnerships with leading universities in the country and access to medical data that facilitates research in this space.  We are a low-ego, data-driven team that’s focused on delivering our mission.

We know navigating healthcare is challenging, and that’s what’s brought many of us to Curai.  We want to bring human-centered Design to our products, and to redesign primary care in a way that makes patients feel engaged, informed, and healthier, and providers more efficient and happy at work. We love innovation and technology, and as designers are excited to shape how AI interfaces with patients and providers. 

We are looking for a Principal Product Designer to help us build the best virtual primary care experience for patients. As a design leader and practitioner, you will partner with the Product, Clinical, Operations, and Engineering teams to define and build the future of virtual healthcare. Thinking holistically, you’ll create a seamless experience across patients and providers, make data-driven decisions, and help shape our AI technology to be human-centered. 

You are a design leader who can provide guidance while also being a hands-on design practitioner. From analyzing what patients need, to prioritizing features, defining metrics, leading our cross-disciplinary teams through the design process, and delivering pixel-perfect UI’s, you’ll show how rigorous design thinking and execution can make a measurable difference in a patient’s experience and our products.

As a senior member of the design team, you’ll demonstrate the level of rigor and depth required for intelligent design, and provide guidance to our team of designers.  We are very low-ego, mission-driven, and looking for talented designers to join our growing team.
