WHAT YOU’LL DO AT H1 As an Account Manager on the Commercial team, you will help drive our business to meet our revenue goals. You will be working with stakeholders across the organization, and directly with our customers, to understand our business, the markets we’re in and the needs of our users. You will engage with customer stakeholders, showcase the value of our platform and partnership, and help H1 maintain our status as the market leader. 

As an H1 Account Manager you will: - Identify, develop and execute sales strategy - Account Managers will manage current clients, focusing on retaining existing ARR and expand revenue across each assigned account. - Develop and implement specific customer accounts and opportunity plans supporting company goals and quota objectives - Engage with C-suite executives and align with their strategic roadmap - Communicate effectively between internal teams to deliver efficient results for your clients, along with cross functionally supporting teams during onboarding process - Report and forecast sales pursuits on monthly, quarterly and annual basis - Generate and manage new business within current client accounts - Support and participate with the marketing team to identify and execute plans for market awareness, client case studies, and vertical market growth within assigned accounts - Know prospective client’s business to a degree that allows for value add strategic discussion in sales meetings - Manage and update customer relationship tools for every client interaction - Ensure an efficient process is followed to execute sales agreements and ongoing management of client relationships

ABOUT YOU You are a seasoned professional with experience selling enterprise SaaS technology. In addition, you know how to manage expectations, both internal and external, to ensure the company can deliver and meet client needs.

REQUIREMENTS - 5-8+ years of experience in selling SaaS technology - Experience in managing an existing book of business that includes enterprise and mid-tier accounts - Selling in the pharma & biotech space is preferred - You are comfortable with traveling to customers up to 20% of the time - Ready to learn quickly, focus on the customer need, and close business
