Singularity DevOps is a technology and engineering business based in Sydney. We help enable organisations with their technical architecture and development capabilities to help reach transformational outcomes. We do this by utilizing the latest in application and integration DevOps Technologies. The market for DevOps expertise is on an exponential growth trajectory and to meet demand we are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer.

Duties and Responsibilities: Architect and deploy secure applications on cloud (AWS, Azure and / or GCP) Deliver on-premises to cloud migrations Supporting AWS, Kubernetes, Docker and On-Premises infrastructure Automate security and deployment processes Help improve and further automating the SDLC; Continuous secure delivery / continuous secure deployment pipelines Implement end to end monitoring, alerting and real-time reporting using tools on the cloud Provide appropriate dashboards

About you: Withhold a strong level of technical knowledge (Api gateways, Kubernetes, Service mesh, Cloud native, microservices, serverless, event streaming) Genuine experience in a DevOps role Experience in at least two out of AWS, Azure and GCP Hands on experience in networking security, databases and cloud systems Profound knowledge in various scripting languages, system & server administration and mass system deployments Wide knowledge in operating system administration, programing languages, cloud platform deployment and networking protocols Practical experience with Docker containerization and clustering (Kubernetes/Docker) on one or more of the above clouds Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible, CFEngine, Chef, Cloudformation, Docker, Kubernetes, nixOS, Puppet, Vagrant Configuration Management: Ansible, Chef, Cloudformation, Pipeline, Puppet, Jenkins, SaltStack, Terraform, Containerizing & Clustering: Compose, Docker, Dockerfiles, EKS, Helm, Kubernetes, Nginx, Vagrant Service Mesh, Istio, envoy, Solo Integration technology Kong, Apigee, Solo, NGINX Strong experience with CI/CD and automation tools including Jenkins, Bamboo, Terraform, Pipelines Networking concepts: Firewalls, NAT, Port, Subnetting, VPC, VPNs * Monitoring Tools: Splunk, etc.
