Product Marketing Specialist, Activation & Growth

 

The Opportunity: 

The Product Marketing team is looking for an experienced Product Marketing Specialist to drive usage for the Seamless.AI platform. In this role you will own end-to-end usage for Seamless.AI, define and evolve usage strategies, and partner across business units to integrate strategies across key buying groups. You will bring a high degree of emotional intelligence, an ability to influence across teams and organizational boundaries, a self-starter approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role reports to the Senior Product Marketing Manager.


The Activation & Growth Product Marketing Specialist will be responsible for defining strategic direction and driving execution to achieve long-term business goals. You will be expected to know Seamless.AI deeply and technically so that you can define and communicate a clear, differentiated, defensible usage strategy. You’ll be customer-obsessed, strategic, detail-oriented, highly creative, and comfortable juggling different projects in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop, lead and execute decision-maker audience usage strategies across our core personas
  • Develop, lead and execute end-user audience usage strategies across our core personas
  • Partner across business units to integrate usage strategies across key buying groups
  • Partner with the Product team to drive strategic adoption through the integration ecosystem
  • Partner with the Product team to develop an in-product notification strategy
  • Develop and lead targeted customer usage motions by partnering with the marketing team on usage days, custom content, and custom events
  • Influence and partner with the Growth team to drive targeted usage ad campaigns
  • Become the SME of Seamless.AI usage data leveraging key telemetry to define strategies
  • Own rhythm of business on usage measurement and reporting
  • Partner with the Creative team to develop all content needed to drive usage strategies such as usage booklets, guides, modules, one-pagers, white papers, email campaigns, webinars etc.

 

Skillset:

  • Proven experience crafting compelling content and messaging
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with people throughout the organization
  • Challenge assumptions respectfully and encourage others to question the status quo
  • Tackle projects hands-on while keeping an eye on long-term strategy
  • Superb writing and editing skills

 

Education and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-3 years experience in B2B growth marketing, product marketing, customer marketing, or relevant work, SaaS preferred.
