We’re looking for a multi-disciplinary Product Design Fellow who will spend the summer on a cross-functional team contributing as product designer to projects that affect the health and lives of real people across the country. You will work alongside a dedicated product design mentor as well as other full-time product designers of all levels to develop skills within the product design discipline. We’re looking for entrepreneurial, user-centric, product-oriented designers who are passionate about the intersection of healthcare and technology and near completing their education after the summer fellowship program ends. Ro's Product Design Fellowship gives you a seat at the table – instead of focusing on crafting a side project, you'll be contributing directly to mission-critical production features with your team. It is a unique opportunity to dive into Ro’s fast-paced technology team, develop skills as a product-oriented designer, meet incredible people throughout the organization, and truly contribute to Ro’s mission of becoming patients’ first call.

Ro's fellowship program starts on June 6th and ends on August 26th with the possibility of converting to a full-time role based on individual performance. Applicants must be eligible to work in the US with availability to start interviewing immediately. Our fellowship is remote-first with HQ in New York City.
