About company: The company is Snapp X, a software agency based in Germany specialized in building flutter mobile apps for clients. What you’ll get to do: You will play a key role in the success of the development of our multiple client projects. You will work with your Engineering teammates in a client project to provide software solutions and automated tests to complex and exciting problems, from automotive to fintech. With the support of the team, you will be able to write code that follows VGV standards, you will write many tests (unit, widget, integration...), you will pair with many of your colleagues, and you will collaborate with our Program Managers to define and execute the delivery plan of the project. Who you are: A Mid to Senior Mobile engineer with solid software development experience in Flutter as well as some of the technologies mentioned below. You are an engineer with strong opinions backed up by clear structured thinking and good communication. You are a self-organized professional who naturally takes the initiative instead of waiting for orders. You fulfill the following profile: 1. Demonstrates a clear understanding of the project(s), language(s), framework(s), and pattern(s) 2. Can mentor and pair with other engineers (debug, tests, usage of tools…) 3. Takes an active role in planning and breaking down units of work into small pieces 4. Gives effective code reviews for other teammates Skills: * +3 years of professional experience as a Software Developer * minimum 1 year of experience working with Flutter * deep understanding of Flutter Framework and flutter_bloc * Solid knowledge of third party products (Firebase, Auth0, AWS, Google Map, etc…) If your experience is close to what you see listed here, please still consider applying.
