We are looking to hire Cloud Support Engineers who are excited to make an impact to our Global Service and Support team. We are a fun, fast-paced startup and seek professionals who can take ownership and execute quickly. Our Engineers share a passion for working with state-of-the-art technology.  We look for people who are zealous, flexible, all belonging (inclusive) accountable, exceptionally focused and be a trail blazer!

In this role, you will provide a mix of support, operations, and development tasks for on-premises and cloud deployments. You will also take ownership of support operations for Zadara customers (level 1 – level 3). We operate in a LINUX environment and our candidates should know how to use Python and/or Bash.

Our ideal candidate is passionate about working with our global customers and troubleshooting complex technical issues. This is a great opportunity to work many of our key clients.
