Teamflow is a virtual office helping remote and hybrid teams collaborate with the least possible amount of friction.

Unlike traditional videoconferencing tools that require scheduled meetings and produce a lot of ‘Zoom fatigue’, Teamflow is all about enabling spontaneous, focused collaboration and teamwork.

It shows your video in a bubble on a virtual office floor plan. You can move that bubble around, like in a video game, and only hear the people around you. Native apps within Teamflow let you whiteboard, take notes, share multiple screens, or bring a web application into your virtual office, without ever having to change tabs or lose connection with your team.

So your team can collaborate in this space, and when you want to chat with someone, you can just walk over to them and say hi, just like you would in real life — no more Zoom-scheduling nightmare.

Job Description

• Work directly with the CEO and Product Designer.
• Craft and align on long-term product vision and strategy with the CEO.
• Prioritize problems for our product to solve.
• Use data and customer insights to generate solutions, in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, design, sales, customer success, etc…).
• Own and perform user research and usability tests to validate solution.
• Write PRDs and ensure alignment with engineering.
• Own Product Review and greenlight release of the product.
• Work with CEO to prioritize roadmap, using data and insights from users and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate the cross-functional stakeholders who will be involved in designing, building, announcing and analyzing each new release (designers, engineers, marketers and data analysts).
• Monitor product launches and use results to make future product decisions.

Must haves

• At least 2 years of experience as a PM or APM at a tech company
• Stellar written and verbal communication skills
• Extremely strong organizational skills and ability to keep multiple balls up in the air at a time
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong data and analytical skills
