Customer Success is the beating heart of an enterprise SaaS venture, and this is especially true at Street Contxt. As a Customer Success Manager with our team, the work you do will have a direct and tangible impact on our business’ growth, our strategy, and the wellbeing of our customers.

Customer Success Managers at Street Contxt work closely with our customers throughout every step of our journey with them. When it comes to new accounts, our CSMs work hand-in-hand with our Account Managers to onboard new users, run effective pilots, demonstrate the value of the product to both individual users and the managers making purchasing decisions, and support the conversion of customers from pilot to paid. Once customers have chosen to purchase our products, CSMs step in to help bring them the value they signed up for, educate existing users on new features, and gather user feedback to inform the product roadmap and improvements to our go-to-market processes. Our CSM team is also crucial in our mitigation of account churn by fighting to win back disengaged users and owning the renewal process of a subsection of our accounts.

This role will take our Customer Success team from 3 to 4 team members, which means we are not offering streamlined workflows, unwavering processes, and opportunities to hide from our customers behind marketing technologies and spreadsheets.
