About the role You will manage the operational arm of the people function as we scale and grow. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will manage and grow programs and policies that improve the employee experience. You will maintain a high level of operational excellence, be an employee advocate, and support our managers with their organization. You will employ a lens around equity and inclusion throughout our people processes and employee lifecycle.
