Technical Sales Lead at Fender

Our sales team is seeking a Technical Sales Lead (remote) responsible for growing sales and profitability of PreSonus products for the live sound and permanent installation market. This position will work closely with dealers to expand our sales market share by developing and expanding relationships and be an influencer in the appropriate channels.

About the Job:

• The Technical Sales Lead be the primary contact at PreSonus for all assigned Dealer Installers, Contractors, and Production Companies.
• Will assist dealers in suggesting products and solutions for Houses of Worship, Education, Government, and other installations.
• Conduct frequent and regular communication with Key Install Dealers to educate, drive sales activities for PreSonus products.
• Support general marketing activities and share industry information and customer feedback in weekly reports to Reporting line, together with successes and challenges.
• Maintain solid knowledge and mastery of the PreSonus products
• Maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales, and promotions in the US territory
• Establish and assure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.
• Technical liaison between dealers and QA/Support/Product Management
• Provide pre-sales support and connect installers with appropriate customer service reps when needed
• Other duties as assigned by supervisory team

What you Need:

• 2-5 years of industry experience in a sales or support role
• BA/BS degree desired
• Experience in building strategic partnerships
• Good planning and organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Ability to effectively deliver clear, concise communication
• Willingness for occasional travel to support dealers and events
• Extensive experience in MI Industry, Live Sound/Commercial Audio Markets
• Willingness to work unpredictable hours and the ability to succeed in a stressful sales condition
