AlphaPoint is looking for a talented Product Owner who will work closely with the Product team. He/She will assist with a portfolio of industry leading cryptocurrency exchange, liquidity, custody and tokenization products. This is a “Hands-On” position which includes the development of Product Specifications, Product Documentation, Quality Assurance of releases and working with clients on the internal sales team on outbound business development.

Product Owner Responsibilities:

• Write detailed requirements to be implemented by Development teams, managing those requirements from conception to delivery to post-launch
• Manage and prioritize the Product backlog
• Conduct feature analysis with a strong focus on customer needs
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements by defining acceptance criteria and conducting user acceptance testing
• Document and communicate analysis and requirements to cross-functional team members and management
• Help define processes for system upgrades and feature releases – anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Ensure timely completion of projects
• Create product documentation including datasheets, user guides, and marketing materials to be used by support teams, customers, and sales

Basic requirements:

• 3+ years in business analysis or a related field
• BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Excellent documentation skills
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
• Working experience using Jira or other project management tools

Preferred skills & knowledge:

• Experience working in the digital asset ecosystem
• Passionate about the Blockchain and Crypto space
