What business as usual means:

We operate within a centralized model, providing services to the teams in need of our support. Our cooperation is framed between two-week sprints, resulting in a well-defined and documented design process. Plus, our business as usual does not only include velocity, designs, and tickets but also promotes the personal growth of all design members granting them access from Udemy Pro courses to Norman Nielsen certifications.

  • Contribute to research that helps solve problems and drives successful, user-oriented design decisions;
  • Help us develop the visual style guides used by the Kaizen design team, like defining component libraries and building repeatable design languages in Figma;
  • Annotate design deliverables to ensure the design intent is communicated to the development team and sufficient detail is provided to support the implementation process;
  • Promote our values and how we do things to the broader Product Design team as a proud, genuine Kaizener ambassador.

What you should have

  • 2+ years of experience as a product or UX/UI designer.
