Senior Manager Community Marketing at Sprinklr

We are looking for an expert Community Leader to rethink our vision, influence executive leadership and launch a community that will eventually help delight our customers and thereby amplify our brand. In short, we are looking for someone who can make Sprinklr Community ‘The Place’ for all ‘Customer facing professionals’ to network, learn and grow.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build out the vision, goals, execution plans and resources with clear milestones for amplifying Sprinklr community
- Craft out a clear strategy to constantly onboard members on to the Community platform giving them a compelling reason to revisit every week
- Design programs and initiatives that add value to the practitioner, manager and exec persona across areas of marketing and customer support
- Launch and scale user-groups globally for Sprinklr - drive offline growth and engagement of the Sprinklr community to compliment activity on the online platform
- Analyze and report back community metrics as well as insights back to the relevant stakeholders such as sales, product, customer success etc.
- Build a team of passionate community managers to scale the community
- Collaborate with the leadership teams to write and design newsletters, annual reports, event materials, brochures, press releases and announcements, email marketing communications, legal notices, graphics, and other public-facing publications and digital and printed materials.
- Maintain a public presence and builds relationships with community members and media representatives; participates in external events as appropriate
- Serves as a professional and enthusiastic ambassador for Sprinklr and its programs
- Supports leaders with news media and public speaking obligations as needed.
Required:
- Experience of launching and scaling a community preferably for a B2B SaaS company is preferred.
- Extensive experience across functions in B2B SaaS (if not for direct community experience)
- Passionate about engaging with customers and community members
- Strong at content creation, re-purposing and editorial
- A degree is required; journalism, communications, advertising, public relations, or marketing preferred.
