We are looking for a Product Manager to join our growing team of dreamers and explorers.
Our Ideal Product Manager has a passion for technical and business collaboration, with a desire to help scale a portfolio of market leading data products to reach new customers and markets (Enterprise, SMB, International, Partner Channel).
The ideal Product Manager is creative, high-energy, diverse and driven with hands-on development skills to work on a variety of meaningful projects, with a focus on client facing technology and the user experience. The candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit combined with a successful track record of driving new revenue opportunities for the business, managing a product life cycle and collaborating with teams to help deliver innovative products and features.
What you will do:
- Work with the best people
- Collaborate with key business and engineering stakeholders to build and maintain the product functionality backlog including preparing necessary product specifications, coordinating development activity and tracking progress of in-flight projects
- Work closely with sales, marketing, customers and partners to deeply understand, document, analyze and synthesize customer needs into product priorities, roadmap plans, detailed specifications and value propositions
- Review and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to uncover new product insights
- Manage complex, cross-functional projects across multiple teams
- Provide advice, clarification and guidance during the execution of each product delivery
- Demonstrate an aptitude and drive to learn new technologies and processes
What you will bring:
- BS required, MS or MBA preferred
- At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or Business Analyst with modern software and data solutions
- Deep understanding of user experience design, user interface/interaction, web service technologies, batch systems, and knowledge of systems development and project management lifecycles
- Experience with a variety of development methodologies including Agile / Scrum / Kanban
- Experience with Product Roadmap development and influencing key stakeholders for buy-in on business priorities
- Experience wireframing and creating screen mockups
- Experience manipulating and exploring data with tools such SQL and Athena
- An ability to resolve customer escalations in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting in marketing/communications, pricing, go-to-market and roadmaps
- Providing sales and operational support & enablement
- Strong understanding of data sources and aggregation into various data delivery methods
- Strong ability to analyze, interpret and present data
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong MS Excel skills a plus
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
