Data Project Manager at Lark Health
The Role
Data is central to Lark’s mission. This project manager will be focused on initiatives that leverage data to inform decision-making across the company. This position will organize and drive complex and cross-functional projects that will impact both business and product decisions, as well as partner facing reporting deliverables. The ideal candidate has a mix of the organizational skills needed to plan and execute complex projects, the analytical skills needed to support quantitative decision making, and the interpersonal skills required to achieve alignment across cross-functional teams. This position will be part of the Lark Data organization and will report to the Director of Business Insights.
What You’ll Do
- Organize and drive execution for high-profile external reporting deliverables
- Compose documentation that clearly describes the contents, dependencies and information flow within our data and insights reporting systems
- Develop playbooks for how to generate customized and recurring reports
- Work with partners, accounts management, and integrations specialists to obtain alignment on data and insights requests
- Analyze data of various types to support business and product decisions
- Curate and maintain partner-facing deliverables in an internal catalogue
- Provide visibility into cross functional work with product, partner integrations, and data engineering to understand dependencies on our monitoring and reporting systems
What You’ll Need
- Working knowledge and practical experience in structured project management and application development processes
- Deep interest in the healthcare and digital health space
- Comfort with leading meetings between partners and Lark. Includes presenting to partners and senior management
- Flexibility, comfort with limited resources and the ability to wear many hats
- Proficient in tools required to manage complex projects (i.e., Jira, Confluence)
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience as a project manager in technical field is ideal
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all stakeholders and executives
