Accountability Coach at Calibrate

ABOUT THE ROLE

The objectives of the accountability coach at Calibrate are to create accountability and drive real results for our members. 

You will cheerlead, support, and guide Calibrate members every day as they improve their relationships with food, sleep, exercise, and emotional health. You will work with members on setting and achieving incremental goals as they progress through the year long Calibrate program. You will celebrate successes, troubleshoot challenges and help hold members accountable as they develop sustainable, healthy habits 

As a Calibrate coach, you will:

  • Learn core coaching competencies through your Calibrate training
  • Motivate, empathize, and guide members through Calibrate’s 52-week structured intensive-lifestyle intervention program 
  • Personalize the Calibrate program for each member by setting relevant, achievable, incremental goals 
  • Actively listen and empower members to find their own motivation for solutions for sustainable habit change
  • Monitor member progress and collaborate with Clinical and Content teams to ensure each member’s success in the program
  • Utilize key engagement metrics to help members achieve their  goals 

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Coaching experience required
  • 5+ years of professional work experience required
  • Ability to effectively work remotely having strong computer skills (Google Suite, Slack, Video Conferencing) and ability to work on a computer for extended periods of time
  • Internet speed of 50 mbps for upload and download speeds required (hotspot not permitted)
  • Flexible, adaptable and self motivated
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment

This is a full-time, remote role.
