WorldHotels - a unique collection of independent luxury hotels around the globe, and part of the Hotel Group 'BWH Hotel Group' - is hiring a Coordinator Hotel Quality Assurance (m/f/x). You are the perfect match, if you are passionate, engaged, highly motivated in providing the best service to our member hotels and speak English fluently. You have experience in hotel operations and are able to consult our member hotels in all Quality Assurance related questions. The Coordinator Hotel Quality Assurance coordinates annual planning and measures in order to assist our hotels and internal clients to receive better results in quality audits and mystery shopping.

We need your

The main functions of the position are

• Oversee and manage our global mystery shopping and experience management processes
• Management of our LMS (user management, content, etc.)
• 1st person of contact and internal expert for all Quality Assurance related requests
• Supporting Head of Department in global projects
  

You are made for this position if you:

• Want to take first steps in quality assurance
• Easily comprehend workflow and context of processes
• Have strong communication skills in English (German or other language a plus)
• Are able to adapt your working style to the challenges and changes of an agile environment
• Hospitality background is required
