As an Account Manager in the SMB space, you will be responsible for a full cycle sales role from prospecting to close. You will run online demos of the KnowBe4’s Security Awareness Training Platform and close net new business. Prospective clients will consist of small and mid-sized businesses. 

Responsibilities:

  • Specialize in our KnowBe4 security awareness training platform to combat the war on cyber criminals 
  • Be skilled in building rapport with office managers, IT directors, and other key decision makers
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, to demos, to negotiating, to closing the deal 
  • Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process and close net new business
  • Bring your thinking, strategies and ideas to advance our company’s values, culture and vision for the future

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to effectively communicate over the phone
  • Enjoy roleplaying with coaches or sales reps to perfect your selling skills
  • 1-3 years selling in an inside sales B2B environment
  • Previous experience selling a SaaS product is a plus 
  • Documenting your pipeline in a CRM
