Job Description

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving and delivering multiple complex projects simultaneously. In this role, you will provide project leadership, anticipate bottlenecks, mitigate project risks, quantify the impact of making tradeoffs, and balance business needs against technical constraints. You will work closely with stakeholders across product, design, and engineering teams to identify and drive innovative solutions that achieve business goals and align with long-term product roadmaps.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong Program Management background with deep knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle.

What you will get to do:

  • Engage with Engineering, Product leaders to streamline processes, simplify execution, manage priorities, release on time, bring tooling for efficiencies, and help the teams with execution.
  • Assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make tradeoffs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints and encourage risk-taking behavior to maximize business benefit.
  • Collaborate with product teams to deliver the best product with the most efficient use of resources and technologies.
  • A deep understanding of software development in a team.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience as a software developer or related technical role 5+ years of experience in project management
  • Experience in product launch.
  • Expert level proficiency with Jira.
  • Knowledge of Aha! or any product management tool would be a plus.
  • Good team, organizational, and planning skills, as well as stringent time management skills to balance dynamic workloads in a complex and dynamic environment
  • Highly developed problem analysis and critical thinking experience
  • Effectively design and operate technology management processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
